During confinement here in France, we were limited to one hour's daily exercise within a one kilometre radius of our home. My panel represents this circle of safety, with green growth inside the grey unknown. The red letters representing the sense of danger. We felt very lucky to have country paths to explore and our garden to nurture during this time. The panel is made using upcycled fabrics as only food shops were open and postal deliveries were limited. The border is made from scraps of fabric left over from mask making with the titles stitched on elastic, which became a very rare resource.
